Modeling Contest Looking for Participants!

Hey guys, just as a little heads up I have started a little modeling contest on GameFront, focusing on non-animated models like weapons or map objects — thread here — and I do plan on participating in it between updates. For those of you who already visit GF you’ll know about this and I certainly expect some good submissions! For my followers who no longer visit The Pit of Doom then I expect your participation as well!

I’ll be hosting any and all submissions in a mod pack on the website here once we finish. I am not publishing a deadline yet, but I’m thinking probably not before December 1st (if not the first of the year). I won’t set a deadline folks can’t reach, because I am more interested in participation than competition! If you have any questions post here, post in the GF thread, e-mail me, stalk me, etc. I’ll be happy to answer questions, provide crits on your submission, or just chat with you (as long as I have the time).

Big news, guys! I officially am part of the 25K club! I don’t know who else is in the club, but I am proud to be here.

Some time recently my Male Head Pack breached twenty-five thousand downloads on KotORFiles. Of all the mods I have ever made I never thought this would be the one that would be ridiculously popular, but I did put a lot of effort into it. Quite possibly more than any other mod I’ve made (other than Recruitable Kay, which is getting dangerously close to fifteen thousand downloads).

So here’s a big shout out to all of you who have downloaded and enjoyed the mod! In our old age we slow down, but we never quite stop modding, so I guess I’ll have to (eventually) whip up another mod to celebrate. Thanks to everyone!
