Mod Name: Malak's Revenge Launcher Game: Knights of the Old Republic Filesize: 2.98MB Required: None Downloads:   Download:   Malak is one of my favorite Sith lords, half because he's cool, half because he's an idiot, and half because he's a clear rip-off of Darth Vader (yes, I like that unlike most people, and yes, I know that adds up to 1.5). This render features what might have been Malak's final confrontation with Darth Revan aboard the Star Forge. Remember to backup you original game launcher before installing!

Special thanks to Emperor Devon for some module assistance which helped immensely in obtaining the backdrop shots. -------------------------- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -------------------------- First of all, backup your entire launcher folder. The easiest way to do this is to make a new folder within the launcher folder called "backup" or something similar, and copy all the files from the launcher folder into it. Next, put all the contents of the launcher folder in this zip into your SWKotOR/launcher directory, or simply place the folder in your SWKotOR directory (this will have the same effect). This will overwrite what is already there, which is why I suggest you backup first. ------------ DESCRIPTION ------------ It's a launcher, using custom-posed KotOR models. It's been a while since I've done a launcher, and I love the artistic-ness of it. Someone mentioned a while ago that they'd like to see some kind of launcher focused on Revan and Malak, and so this gem came to mind. The gem being the situation, not the launcher... I'm not that full of myself. :p This launcher features custom-posed Revan and Malak models, rendered in 3DS Max, with a background screenshot of the chamber in the Star Forge where you duel Malak. It includes two separate renders: the main launcher, which is Revan and Malak, and the loader image, which is just Malak. Because let's face it -- Malak is cooler looking than Revan.
