No, I’ve never played Soul Calibur. It’s with a U, not an E, right? I think I got corrected on that a couple of times. In any case I was asked to make this for a friend of mine and I took the challenge. I consider it my first real shot at real texturing and, while I can do much better now, I think it was a very good effort for the time. Enjoy — the eye blinks.

CREDITS: I'd like to give a shout out to Almighty_gir for getting me to make this, and helping me along way with skinning tips and tricks.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Dump it in your gamedata/base directory inside your Jedi Academy directory.
DESCRIPTION: This is a sword - the Soul Edge - from Soul Calibur 2 (right? I've never played it...). It was supposed to go with a Nightmare model my friend was making, but that fell through, so the Soul Edge is now being released separately to appease all of you who wanted it.
BUGS: The eye kind of blinks, though I wasn't able to get the shader quite right. I'm not a shader whiz, after all. There are bits and bobs here that I wanted to tweak up, but have since lost interest in, so it's being released as-is. It should function perfectly well, though.
COMMENTS: I finished this model ages ago, and while I've never played Soul Calibur 2 it was a fun weapon to model and I had a good time doing it. I hope I got it right, and I hope Soul Calibur fans enjoy it
