Final Fantasy IX — underrated, amirite? I loved that game. Not as much as Final Fantasy VIII, but definitely more than Final Fantasy VII. Zidane I thought was a particularly interesting choice for main character, since he’s not your typical hero. Most of the heroes in the Final Fantasy series aren’t too busy chasing tail (no pun intended) to get to the meat of the game. But my favorite bit was always Zidane’s swallow weapons. I finally managed to get some good references, so here are a few of them. Included are the Ogre, Exploda, and the Butterfly Sword.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Dump this is your gamedata/base directory within your Jedi Academy directory.
DESCRIPTION: This pack includes three of Zidane Tribal's staves from Final Fantasy 9: The Ogre, Exploda, and the Butterfly Sword. Each are somewhat stylistically different from their originals to look less cartoony and fit in better to Jedi Academy.
BUGS: None that I know of.
COMMENTS: FF9 doesn't get the credit it deserves. :p
