I started modding shortly after I quit playing the MMOG Star Wars Galaxies, and as a result I had SWG on the brain. My very first released mod was this skin — a composite armor skin. It was made with the shadowtrooper model and was photosourced from game screenshots. Not bad for a first skin… objectively…

INSTALLATION:
Place the PK3 file into the GameData/base folder of you Jedi Academy directory.

Base : Shadowtrooper model with custom graphics taken from Star Wars Galaxies.
Editor used : Notepad, Photoshop, Mod View, PakScape
Known Bugs : No known bugs - let me know if you find any.
Build/Animation time : 3 Hours
Supports : Multiplayer (bot support with red/blue teams) and SinglePlayer NPC support. To use this model as a SinglePlayer NPC open the console and type "npc spawn composite". To use this as a playermodel bring down the console and type "playermodel composite". One or both of these may require you to activate cheats (type "devmapall" or "helpusobi 1").

I haven't seen a composite armor skin yet, and I believe the armor in fact looks much better in JKA than in SWG. Many of the graphics are not 100% accurate to SWG, so use some imagination and have fun with it.
