This mod is a little… different. I will begin by warning you that it serves absolutely no purpose.
With that said, this mod will allow you to spawn yourself you own special talking Weighted Companion cube. As you know, the Weighted Companion Cube can not speak. In the event that it does speak, as GLaDOS suggested you should probably ignore it. Because you’re probably crazy.
As a quick note, this Companion Cube will definitely not threaten to stab you. Or murder you. Or steal your cake. It will sing to you, if you click it enough times. The vocals are all recorded by myself and there are twenty-one unique statements. They are all random, so if you haven’t heard them all keep clicking. I’m going to let you figure out the rest yourself (except for how to use it — that is in the read-me).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Extract the folder called 'tslpatchdata' and the file called Install Inyris Birthday Gift.exe to the same location. Run the EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions.
UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the above included files from your override folder.
DESCRIPTION: Happy birthday to me! I'm doing a reverse gift where I give you guys a present instead of the other way around (because let's face it, you'd get me something really weird or gross or related to Lady Gaga). Now keep in mind that I *did* tell you not to read this. Don't let this be the ONE time y'all read my read-me file. 4srs. Anyway, this is just a little placeable object called a Weighted Companion Cube that will keep you company on your travels. Spawning my gift in your inventory will allow Carth to produce this little guy (or gal?) for you. Be careful where or how often you spawn it. It will stay wherever you put it. FOREVER. There will be no cube incinerating in this game!
Also, please remember that weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, can not speak. In the event that the companion cube does speak, I urge you to ignore its advice.
