With games like Counter-Strike and Call of Duty being so prevalent in the gaming main-stream it’s a wonder gamers find time to play gems like Knights of the Old Republic. I thought to maybe entice them by adding some real-world weapons.
This pistol, a silenced SOCOM, is now available to play with. Please note that this model was updated on August 20th, 2009 to correct smoothing issues (notice the difference between the first and last screenshot). This means if you download the model from anywhere else (unless they have updated their files without my knowledge) you will not be getting this updated and less icky-looking version.
This mod does not overwrite any standard weapons so feel free to spawn it for yourself. You can probably tell by my screenshots, but I think they look pretty awesome as a pair.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Put the files in your override folder. This file is for *KotOR1 only*! I can not guarantee whether or not it will work in KotOR2 as I have not tested it in KotOR2 - feel free to do so yourself.

Finally, after three months, I've managed to get it working for KotOR1! Okay, I haven't been trying *for* three months, I just got bored tonight and decided to do it. So original KotOR owners, rejoice!
HOW TO SPAWN: Press ~ (`) and type in, without the quotes, "giveitem socom". This will put the SOCOM pistol in your inventory.
BUGS: None that I've found.
